How can I rent a product?
It's very simple! You choose the desired product on our website, fill out the rental form and we will contact you for further details. Delivery is fast, directly to your address or we are waiting for you at our location.
How does the delivery process work?
After you place your order, we deliver the product to the address indicated for a fee. If we have the product in stock and you are from Bucharest, it can be done the same day. If you prefer, we are waiting for you at our location to pick up the product in person.
Is a deposit required for rental?
Yes, depending on the value of the product, a deposit will be charged and will be returned at the end of the rental period.
What happens if the product breaks down during rental?
All our products are covered by a warranty. If the defect is caused by the factors mentioned in the warranty card, we will replace it with a new one. We make sure that your experience remains a positive one, and the products are always in perfect working condition!
What documents are required for renting?
Bulletin – to confirm identity.
Rental agreement – which details the rental terms, rental period, and your responsibilities.
How do I return rented products?
At the end of the rental period, we will contact you to arrange the return of the product. You can choose to return it in person to our location, through one of our operators, through ride-sharing or courier options.
How do I pay for product rental?
Payments can be made by online card or bank transfer.
Can I rent products for an event ?
Yes, we offer perfect solutions for events, whether it's conferences, seminars, parties or any other type of event that requires electronic equipment.
